I started as an animator and filmmaker — character animation, computer animation, storytelling. Twenty years of it. Somewhere along the way I started building businesses too: short-term rentals I ran as an Airbnb Superhost, a wedding venue I opened in 2021 and still operate, event brands, music projects, and a property I'm turning into a destination — documenting the whole thing on YouTube as I go.
Every business needed marketing, so I bought it all with my own money: websites, funnels, email campaigns, lead magnets, survey funnels, Instagram ads, viral videos. Some of it worked. Some of it was an expensive lesson. All of it was mine.
I'm not someone who watched a course on ads and printed business cards. I've made the sales, answered the customer messages at midnight, chased the invoices, and kept my own books. I know what a dollar spent on marketing has to bring back — because they were my dollars.
And here's how one person runs websites, social, and video for multiple businesses: systems. I automated my own marketing and sales — the posting, the follow-up, the replies, the invoicing — until my businesses mostly ran themselves. That's what freed me up to build the same machines for other owners. The proof the automation works is that Keepprz exists at all.
When I spend your money, I spend it like it's mine — because I know exactly what it feels like when it doesn't come back.
Simple rules, same for every client.
You get the number before work starts. It doesn't creep, and it's never a percentage of anything.
Domain, website, Google profile, social accounts — all registered to your business. I'm a manager you can remove anytime. If we part ways, you lose nothing.
Month-to-month, handshake and a one-pager. When you call, you get the person doing the work — not an account manager.
Keepprz began as a direct-booking service for short-term rental owners — because I ran my own rentals and lived the math of platform fees firsthand. That product is alive and well, and it follows the same rule as everything else here: I only sell what I've done myself.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. Bring your hardest question about marketing — I've probably paid for the answer already.
